In September of 2006 I joined a group organized by Cathay Forest and Jennings Capital for a tour of China focusing on the forestry and paper industry.

Near the end of our tour a small group of us headed up to the north to Harbin to visit some state owned forests. Cathay Forest is working on purchasing this land to replant with their Poplar strains.
